FORM(LA) is a luxury design atelier based in Los Angeles that specializes in bespoke, monolithic stone furniture and bathware. Founded in 2021 by Australian expat Jordan Mosslar, the brand operates as an in-house design studio crafting made-to-order pieces. Mosslar draws on his architectural background, including time spent at Walker Workshop, to create sculptural items influenced by modern Italian design and brutalism.
The studio focuses on solid, natural materials like travertine, quartzite, solid walnut, and Italian leather. In 2024, FORM(LA) opened a 5,500-square-foot flagship showroom in Los Angeles to display its collections. Because each piece is crafted by hand from natural stone or solid wood, no two items are exactly alike. Customers request custom dimensions, stone preferences, and shapes directly through the atelier.
Pricing places the brand in the ultra-luxury tier. While they do not produce standard sofas, their seating and table collections command premium prices. The solid walnut Curvo Dining Chair starts at $2,800, and the Palla Console Table retails for $13,300. Signature designs include the Fluta Dining Table, which features a fluted stone base inspired by ancient Roman architecture, and the Cubo collection of plinth coffee tables.
