Vipp, a renowned Danish industrial design company, began its journey in 1939 when metalworker Holger Nielsen crafted a durable pedal-controlled bin for his wife's salon. Over the years, the bin became a staple in Danish clinics and ultimately found its place in the permanent design collection at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York in 2009.
